I need to get me one of those for the summer. Ever since I saw those rims, I just fell in love with mesh. <3

Damn looks amazing. I didn't know there was a CW with rotiforms in Calgary. Why'd you sell your car?

I never really drove it a lot and was costing a bit of money so took a step down to a Fiat 500 and then ended up moving to London less than a year later. I had it on the Roti's for 2 summers, 2010 and 2011 and then it was sold in September 2011, my Dad had gotten his own GTI (CSG 2 door) in there so he took the wheels off my hands and one of my coil sets as I ended up with KWs and H&Rs by the end.

How you liking London? They got a lot more choices over there for cars haha. What an awesome dad rollin' around in a GTI . Were the roti's 19s? I'm planning to get 19's and Koni coils next spring but was just wondering how your car felt on our roads.

IMO's, 18's are more than enough. 19's are overkill, especially on Deerfoot.

Well, I'm sure you'll hit a point in time where form > function.
19's and coils are my thresholds haha. I still need to DD this thing!

London is great, so much to see and do and being on the doorstep to Europe is amazing, had a weekend in Milan last weekend and doing some German road tripping this weekend coming. There are a lot of cars here just not able to justify anything at the moment as operating costs are pretty high and taking a car into London is expensive and pointless compared with transit.

My Roti's were 19s, they are definitely a firm ride, especially with coils but I love the look and always drove pretty carefully. My Dad's GTI is actually his daily his other car is a lot more awesome

I love my 19s, but they aren't for everyone. You always have to be careful when I'm driving with those... that's why there aren't many people on Vortex who run 19s... usually 18s are the biggest.

Ya I've noticed. I'm always careful too, only unless I'm under the pressure of holding up traffic haha.

It's impossible to keep my car clean here. Just impossible. Hurts me to see her so dirty. Just the drive home from cleaning makes it dirty enough.

But, decided to take some pictures since it has been the only time this winter where she has been relatively clean.
