    No, Reason I ask is cause I thought I knew you. Way back in the day you set up a fender rolling party where we snapped the roller and had to get it welded up again. I was the guy in the black GTI.

    Nice to see another one of us from there over here.

        Hahahaha I think about that day now and again!

        So it was you, myself and Jai and a cousin of mine there that day.

        What are the odds that we walked into some huge pipe manufacturing plant and they just welded-er up right there for us?

        I suppose that's less of a stretch in Alberta but still.

              Still have this car, usually ask myself why.

              Recent changes have been the ITBs and the tuning required on the VEMS system to take full advantage of them. Made 201 whp without air filters and 198 whp with them on. Not bad considering it's a stock head apart from 268 cams and a metal HG.







              Waiting to go on the car is a Votex front spoiler, early 7 slat grille with quad lamps (to try it out), tube frame engine cradle, fabless A-arms, and a straight cut gear gearbox with a VWMS r&p. On the lookout for 17" BBS E50s but don't see that happening for a while.

              Got a HybridAir kit to allow for the lows necessary for the Votex front spoiler, without sacrificing an otherwise "static" setup!
