It wasn't so bad (same cost as other AMG exhausts for me). It hasn't been opened, so it's completely returnable right now.

Much quieter. The way the AMG mufflers are set up, they act like a amplifier in the high range while muffling out the low rev range.

Not sure if I will use the akra or not, it makes some C63 sound like a big fan.

Much quieter. The way the AMG mufflers are set up, they act like a amplifier in the high range while muffling out the low rev range.

The akrapovic is definitely going on. I love the sound as is, but I have had two separate cops follow me today on different trips. Obviously it's attracting too much attention.

Keep in mind this was inside the shop, so a lot of reverberation. Next meet I will drop by, it's pretty unreal in person.

I think the akrapovic is going back, I love this just as it is.

The install wasn't so bad, not as bad as MBworld made it sound at all. Didn't have to remove engine mounts, ac lines or valve covers, just needed about 10 different 11mm wrenches.

I think the video that I posted of the other 63 was just sucky because his engine was cold, so it was rasp city. On a warm engine it's very aggressive, but still sounds like an AMG.

I actually like it. Sounds better than that one you posted before. Not everyone here likes things as loud as I do though. My favourite exhaust I've ever had was a 3" turbo back straight pipe.
