    So funny.

    Growing up at home, we'd stab for US items, and didn't want "euro" things.
    The amount of things I threw out that are worth money here!

        Yep. it always amazed me that the euro guys would put wholes in their bumpers to fit sidemarker lights, and we would shave them out here.

              Has anyone any experience using a "WOT Box".

              I have no intention of using the flat-shift function, but like the novelty of being able to set the limiter for the very odd time that I want to launch.
              I see that CTS-Turbo have the kit for sale @ $200...

                I have a wot box for the ACR. Took it off and just use the Megasquirt. You don't need it for the S4 as you can just add launch control to your tune. Most charge $50 for the launch control with no lift. If you look on Nefmoto there is a bunch of info on doing it yourself.

                  In my reading so far, the WOT Box seems more practical, as it can simply be turned off/adjusted on the fly. Seems like the "tune" goes hand in hand with a flat shift function, that I have very little interest in ever using.

                  Anyways - Ordered the 8-Puck CM-FX400 & Pressure Plate. Had to juggle timing, but it is booked in for the tranny pull.
                  Once the clutch and the rear seal are done, she'll be back to 100% hopefully.

                    Maybe I will hook the wot box up to the S4, never thought of the ON/OFF feature. I wonder how much they have changed in the last 4 years? Now I have to flash a different tune or swap ECUs. It does look kewl!!

                          Fx400 8-puck.
                          Going in next weekend as I'm tied up with stampede debauchery.




                          Tackling it with the help of Nic @ Nurburgring.


                          Plans after that are to get some washers made up for the center different ratio mod, and to install an uprated rear sway package.

                          We'll see then if I'll keep it, or get something boring like a Tacoma.

                            If you buy a Tacoma you will not own it long because you will start to hate your life. I know from experience!

                              Got the clutch in yesterday, which wasn't as bad as they all say... it was out in 4hrs, back in in about 3.
                              Then it was straight shot to Canmore to take part in the 24hrs of adrenalin. Nightmare.

                                Clutch is bedding in well.

                                Tonight I cleaned up the wiring from the 2.0T Coil Conversion, and ran individual grounds from each coil to independent grounding points, which made a huge difference.
                                I also FINALLY picked up engine covers, which cleans things up so much!

                                Needs a polish/clean after rooting around the firewall when doing the clutch:
