  • New golf!

So I'm pretty sure most of you will think I'm crazy but I traded my Lapiz blue 2016 for the new reflex silver 2016 golf R. Some of you might remember that I originally ordered a silver golf R. Things changed and I ended up with the blue. ABsolutley love the blue, bit kind of felt too old to be driving around a bright blue hatch. Anyways, ended up with the new silver R you see below and must say I'm super happy. Loving the Pretoria wheels as well! Will most likely lower this car slightly and add the spacers and power module!

Absolutely love silver on the new R, Derek! I'm a big fan of the new style wheels too, even though I also loved he Cadiz. VW are making some great choices with their wheels lately.
I haven't seen a silver one with LED tails yet!!

Looks great Derek. Personally I'm not a huge fan of the blue they went with for the mk7's. Silver looks great

Nice! I love the silver ones as much as the white ones. The led lights look pretty good on silver cars, almost every one in Vancouver R club has leds, you should check them out on fb. Also apr stage 2 has way more power than the power module.

Congrats on the switch, I think silver really suits this car and the Pretorias are vastly superior, glad they are showing up over there now.

Reminds me of the first car I ever saw you drive, a reflex silver MK3!!

Nice color change, everybody knows that silver is always faster than blue anyways

Just a matter of time until this is traded for an RS4 :P haha

Congrats on the switch! I'm still a fan of the blue, but the R looks really great in silver. The Pretorias look dope! Were you able to transfer the tune from the other one to this one?

Really like those rims, silver is a safe choice. Want to feel old, try driving around an old convertible with your hat on and the top down...
