wow i havent posted in a while.
singleround rad support and fenders are in.
Cars almost done welding and bondo. building the head on saturday and running the fuel and gas lines.
Undercoating interior fenders and floor.
should be primed and ready for paint by monday.
Everything wrongs been happening thi spast month. Project kinda at a stand still. pics tomorrow.

So anyone have color ideas?
Im thinking a white 4dr would be hot.
But ive seen some nice red cars too.
keep in mind the interior is red.

update on the project?

Yeah sorry been crazy busy. decided to not put the 1.7L in so i got a 1.8L with half the KMs the 1.7 had. But now i found a 16v and tranny. so i figured since the cars a bare shell now i may as well go all out.
The only problem is i need a 16V wiring harness. Anybody have one?
So theres nothing left on the car. its a shell. no fuel lines or brake lines.
Tried to get sandblasting going but im having compressor issues. Hopefully it will be blasted by the week end.
I cant believe how sticky the glue is on this car.


New Motor might be for sale with a full gasket kit and dual over head cam.


Shell anyone?

Other then my tranny in my GTI blew up on the way to concept today got lots done.
So i should be done in a few days here. DOnt you think?

When did this happen? Car still driveable?
