Yeah seems like not a bad price, if it was going to be too much more I think it would be hard to justify considering it has the same engine as a lot of other cars that cost a lot less. Gullwing doors are cool but would they be worth a huge $$$ premium.

Yes it is the same engine but it is pushing 563hp and 479 lb fit. 0-100km in 3.8 seconds. The only car that's comparable to it is the SL63, which cost about $180K. I think gullwing door style will never go out of fasion especially on a sports car like that.
We have one on order right now, dont know when the car is arriving but I cannot wait to see it thats for sure!

True, however it looks like much of this car is based on the SLR, and it just looks like the design went downhill. I think the big difference in price on the SLR is the fact that its part McLaren

The SLS is hard to get, there are only 130 something units coming into Canada. Very limited. I know dealers are upselling them because of the availability, but we are not doing that in our dealership. However, we charge more freight because it will come with the container from what I heard, so the freight cost will be more.
It is a very interesting car, personally I like this over SLR. The SLRs don't sound as nice believe it or not when idling, even C63 beats the sound of that. I am sure once it rev up it sounds nice, but never had a chance to hear that in person myself.
