I saw people widen the steelies, so I wonder if there is an actual shop in Calgary that would widen the rims?

You could try alberta wheel repair, I'm not sure if you can just weld a barrel in or if that will mess up the balance.

Generally just need a good welder and some other steel wheels. Often the center is cut out of your existing steeling and then welded into a wider barrell and you can pick the offset of your choice.







The other way is to cut the steelie in half and weld in a middle section in between the two halves of the barrell.
