Also used to meet him at the car wash on 17th & 34th SW.
I believe he bought the r8 v10 new, then had the dealership install the supercharger after a few thousand miles. Thing must be a beast.

I forgot to post this! Spotted this last Saturday. Beautiful bronze HRE wheels and a Stasis badge. He didn't get on the throttle, but based on the small writing in the badge, I think it was the Stasis supercharged badge rather than the regular Stasis badge.

That's a dude named Steve's car. He and I always shoot the **** at the car wash each weekend. It's a supercharged V10 with all the goodies. He also has a monster late model Z28 Camaro. Really good guy. I've invited him out to cars and coffee a few times but he hasn't been able to make it. Maybe this year.

This was out front of my building last night (Thursday) and I did not get pics but while at breakfast this morning I spotted an Orange 997 GT3 RS and also an Ultraviolet 991 GT3 RS.

By Easter, if not sooner! The weather looks really good for the next little while and I've seen street sweepers out the past few days, so my summers are just calling my name at this point lol

Just today I have spotted a Gallardo, Z06, R8 V10, and a black F430 Scuderia.

On a related note, when is everyone swapping to summers?

The exterior looked like the one above with the wing and everything except it was on some meshy lipped wheels. .'im not sure that the exterior difference would be on a sierra cosworth and a regular one.

Pretty crazy looking.

The Merkur XR4Ti is the north american spec of the European Ford Sierra Cosworth. (Which is funny because Merkur is german for Mercury...)
aesthetically i believe the grille is a little different, the Ford's headlights are glass and one piece (pictured above) while the Merkurs are shitty 2 piece plastic.

Its funny, a few days ago Xavier posted his old Merkur on the ED Facebook page haha. Also my buddy Devlin had a violet Merkur converted to a full Ford appearance. (I think he actually brought it to an ED meet) but he sold it due to its horrible unreliability.

Is that the actual photo of the car you saw? If not I'm thinking it was probably a Merkur XR4Ti as mentioned. They were pretty rare but not quite a Sierra Cosworth. They had the turbo 4 banger from the T-Bird. I actually convinced my parents to buy one back in the late 80's. I was hoping they'd keep it long enough so I could take it off their hands but they dumped it after a few large repair bills. It was a fun car from what I remember but not very reliable.

Nice find Danny! That's a Sierra Cosworth. Came long before the Escort Cosy which was a much more modern car by the time Cosworth got their hands on it. These things were the **** back in the .
