Agreed... You thought it was new news. I doubt most people search the boards when posting what they believe is news. What gets me is how people take the time to let you know its not news rather then skipping over it...

Oh yeah, it could have happened to anyone, I am pretty sure its a common misconception that its a smart car (I guess people will do anything to make smart cars seem unsafe).

I totally agree with taking out the gore. What I'm torqued about Kris is that people who are ignorant enough to say that I'm too lazy to see if this has been posted before and that I should have done my homework on the car before I called it a Smart car. People make mistakes and I'm no exception.
