Sushi Man definitely got a new banner sign since their old one was vandalized, but last time I drove by I think I noticed it looked either updated or the name was slightly different.

Sushi Hiro is a good call though, never been myself but I've heard good things as well.

Uptown Sushi was decent, I think it was also on 11th.

Petro Canada one is SO bad.

Try Sushi Hiro! I love sitting at the sushi bar there, the sushi is better if you're at the bar than if you're at a table and ordering combos.

I am not a big fan of Midori on 17th, I work across the street and its nothing special IMO.

I have heard there is a place on 11th... Blowfish? Haven't been.

There is also Sushi Man which might have been renamed, its on 10th ave and 1st.

    Downtown Sushi Suggestions

So I'm sick of buying subpar sushi downtown, during my lunch break.

The take out one in Petro-Canada, is a massive fail. As is the small sushi restuarant on south-central portion of Dragon City mall.
The large sushi place on the east side of Dragon City is pretty good, yet usually my lunch break is sometime I fit in between work, so I don't always have hte luxury of a full hour.

I'm on the east side of downtown. Any suggestions?
    I'd prefer take out too!

    TIA!
Working...
