the understeer is sort of correct but overall the new s3 is probably the closest but you can't compare 15 year old technology LOL what do you expect. sadly i do miss my old s4

The new S3 is as close to a modern B5 S4 as you can get. Size wise it is pretty close, under steer wise it is bang on though. It is more twitchy though and a little quicker to action. DSG is well sorted and matched nicely. I like it for sure but it is still a pea shooter. Needs more engine to have B5 S4 status. The 2.0t is awesome don't get me wrong they did a good job with it but it needs the 5 pot or the V6 to be in the same league as the B5 S4. The RS3 will likely fit the mould even better. My deposit is in already on one.


Just does not have that same presence on the road though.

Ive never driven one, but i like the sound and appearence of these cars. Wonder why he drove those two and then complained about them the whole time. Haha
I want to keep my rs4 forever because of the videos like this, they look so good. We will see though might have to try and sell it with the new car coming.

The APR Manual DSG DQ250 Dual Clutch Pedal System (MDSGDQ250DCPS) brings back manual clutch operation to the DSG transmission craved by enthusiasts the world over! Gone are the days of phantom clutch leg syndrome, and mindless right foot only driving or RFOD, as the MDSGDQ250DCPS allows the driver to manually control each of the transmissions clutches.

Each clutch pedal is cnc-machined from a lightweight billet-gamma-ti and anodized red for an attractive, attention-grabbing appearance. The system includes full install instructions, and all necessary hardware to plug and play!

Operation is simple:

- Clutch 1 = Gears 1, 3 & 5. Clutch 2 = Gears 2, 4 & 6.
- Press and hold the appropriate clutch for the current gear.
- Move the gear selector to neutral.
- Release the clutch.
- Press and hold the appropriate clutch for the next gear.
- Move the gear selector back to manual mode, and use it, or the paddles, to find the appropriate gear.
- Slowly release the clutch to complete the shift!
