    Re: RC guys

    I have:

    - Tamiya Subaru WRC (forgot the chassis code on what this is) mostly stock except for full ball bearing upgrades and my own aluminum skidplates and battery mount (for better weight distribution.)

    - Tamiya Hilux 4WD (very vintage) with a few mods to chassis. This truck is a lot of fun, as are all of the ladder framed Tamiya 4x4s.

    - Also run a few 1/24 scale R/Cs indoors with my son...

You can use it on the street yea but it needs to be clean streets. They do nice indoor prActices in Calgary evry Tuesday and wednsday and I am sure they are starting up a f1 class soon

other than a indoor track would it be safe to drive the f104 on the street or parking lot? also where do you get one, i'm so tempted. i use to have a t-maxx but i crashed it to many times, and it became to expensive to upkeep.

    Re: RC guys

Here is what I built last winter:

    -Mini-Baja stock kit
-Exotek MXT extended chassis and carbon fiber brace
    -T Bone Racing front bumper
    -Xcelorin 8600kV Brushless combo
    -Synthesized FM TX & RX
    -3racing aluminum shocks
-Losi foam tires for the street, pins for offroad
    -RCScrewz hardware
    -Driven productions Delrin drag link
    -dual disk slipper clutch
    -17T pinion
    -Losi CVDs
-only thing missing is a aluminum centre spool because even with the ball diff one side seems to unload with the brushless setup.

I think my project this winter is to build a 250 or 400 sized heli. That's if I don't get a Storm2 from Verizon.
I wish I had a radar gun to find out really how fast it can go. According to a gear formula I have it should top out close to 50mph with a lipo. But who knows.

    Re: RC guys

the revo was too big but too small . too big to play around with Nicole and her mini t , but not big enough for the track , so i traded it for a mamba brushless esc and a lrp 10.5 motor , and a new hightech servo . i like the slash better is so badd ass with the foams on it and the suspension droped fully , i cant flip it , and its a black sheep everyone loves the revo no love for the slash vxl . some days nicole and i go to the rock crawler course here in town her mini crawler has a novak mini goat brushless and rockets up the rocks that my ax10 cant even start on ,
