Re: I need a Notary
I don't think registries will have Notaries, but often you can get away with a Commissioner of Oaths which people can just take a small course to become one so they are easier and cheaper to find.

Some, if not all, registries will have at least 1 person working that is a notary.

Re: I need a Notary
explain ? all they do is read a card out loud to you.
I know they just changed the law regarding abilities of professional engineers to sign a lot of things as well though not sure if they compare to a notary or not.

Re: I need a Notary
Ahhh shoot, Just paid $100...next time I will check them out.
They told me it was more because the lawyer had to explain what I was agreeing too. A bit of a waste of time and money.

I ended up going to Paul Ayer, you don't have to be a client there just have to phone ahead and book an appointment. It cost $40/ document after tax (cash or check no visa or debit), office was in a nice location too, here is the info:

Re: I need a Notary
You should be able to drive around some seedy area of town and find a guy who charges like 80 bucks.

I need a Notary
I need to get a document Notarized, but can seem to find anyone to do it. It all of the law offices I have called only do it for clients.
Anyone have a contact? Preferably in the down town area.
