One of the most influential and innovative people of the last 30 years, and makes you wonder what else he could have accomplished with out his health issues or his life being cut too short.

i think apple should be good for at least 3-5 years. im sure they still have a lot of Steve Jobs influenced ideas and stuff still working its way through the pipeline.
After that, who knows. But it was inevitable he was going to step down eventually, even if he hadn't become ill.

It really is a great loss, in many ways. The company will go on, and will continue to innovate, though they have certainly lost an influential individual.
