Re: Hey new guy here
Thanks, no major plans yet. I'm more of a bike tuner but i'm starting to think the car deserves some attention.
It's tinted all around now. Bringing it in for a Stage 1 Revo tune next week.
I'm not sure about the exhaust system. I think the stock one is too quiet but I hate the idea of having some shite droning noise at cruising speeds like my buddy's old jetta.
The stock wheels are going to be my winters, so I'm looking for a set of something a little nicer for the car.
I'm open for suggestions on mods/go fast partsLast edited by mofoka; 07-27-2014, 08:46 AM.No mods

Re: Hey new guy here
Mmmmmm I love ultrasports. Pat (onceover) is usually my go-to guy for help in regards with performance questions. But I've picked up some knowledge about B6 A4s as well. I could talk about Audis for hours so feel free to drop me a PM!
I'm not sure who else on here has a B6 but as far as I know it's me, Pat and Jamie. A couple of others have owned them as well like PRY4SNO
Also, if you're going to do just bolt-on upgrades and don't want to get TOO deep into it, I would recommend a downpipe/exhaust, intercooler, intake, injectors and a Stage 2 tune. You'll enjoy that a lot more than a Stage 1. B6 A4s like ours are pretty damn slow, even with a stage 1 because of the quattro and how heavy they areLast edited by hooddub; 07-27-2014, 08:23 PM.Evan

Re: Hey new guy here
I have an APR Stealth catback. If you want a quiet exhaust with no drone that's the one you want. If you ever wanted to hear it we could arrange something. I personally find it too quiet but I'm 19 haha. But I wouldn't want it MUCH louder, I might do a resonator delete soon for a little more grumble but still keep it classy.Originally posted by mofoka View PostWhat exhaust are you running? Does your engine light come on with the cat delete?
Also would you suggest stage 2 with those parts as a daily driver?
Your CEL would come on with a cat delete but a stage 2 tune would cancel out the light. And yes I would. I went stage 2 with my GTI having previously run a big turbo set up and a stage 1 and the stage 2 ran best and was noticeably faster than the stage 1. Definitely go stage 2 if you want to do bolt ons.
And I forgot about the B6 wagon guys! Arrowhead and Mr. Avant both have b6 avantsEvan
