    light up rings....

    driving down memorial tonight i saw an a5/s5 with the light up audi rings. Ive seen pictures of them on audizine, and i didn't like them, but after seeing it in person i actually liked it. it seemed to match the s5's drl's really nicely.




    what do u guys think,

    No thanks. Leads me back to late 90's with light up H emblems (circa altezza stage)

      I know it is soo wrong and just bad, but It caught my attention and I kinda liked it. Maybe I didn't get a good enough look at it

                    I like the rings more than the Quattro script, but I don't like the rings much either.

                        Not really a fan. Its just too bright. If they had it backlight a bit that didnt give off so much light, I think it would look alot more subtle and much better. I always liked how the BMW Z4 side markers were an amber back lit bmw logo so when it blinks, it lets off just a small amount of light. Looks very nice.

                            i agree, in this photo the rings look super bright and harsh, last when i saw it, it wasn't as bright as the photo.

                              I've never really understood adding badges.

                              Along the same lines as putting the Ram logo in your rear window or a Honda decal along the top of your windshield IMO.
