Not to get a little off topic but this is one of the reasons I went with Vogtlands. Ten year warranty (used to be lifetime) with no questions asked, they'll ship you a new set. Most other manufacturers, including KW, will want them back to inspect them before the warranty will go into effect. I believe Blair had this issue with his KW's on the GTI.

unfortunately vogtland doesnt make RS4 coilovers :(

thatd be interesting, no one seems to have ran vogtlands on an rs4! never knew they were an option.

I did indeed have issues with my rear KW V2s back on my MK6 GTI, but being the baller I used to be I switched to H&Rs while they got fixed When they came back I sold the lot (car and both sets of suspension), but I had no issues getting them repaired, just took time.

Sorry I haven't been on the forum for a while. PSI in California (http://performanceshock.com/) was who Ohlins recommended I send my coilovers to. Stasis were a complete joke. They never rebuilt any of my coilovers properly and literally would blow the same day i reinstalled them. What a PITA. So I sent them to PSI and the total rebuild bill IIRC was over $2k. By then I already had ST's installed, so I sold them for some extra cash and someone local to PSI paid for the entire rebuild themselves. They were incredible coilovers and I probably would still have them if it wasn't for Stasis' massive incompetence. Really left a sour taste in my mouth having every corner rebuilt twice over a span of 4 years.
