Selling S4 Avant questions

My brother decided to sell his car as he has not driven it very much the last year, he drove it down to visit me and has left it here for me to sell.
It is a 2005 S4 Avant 4.2 auto with 180000 km
it looks and runs decent enough, probable average condition to be fair, sure it has a couple things that could use attention but nothing that serious IMHO
I am wondering are these cars a hard sell? what should a car like this be priced at for a fair sell.
what kind of things should I look for that people are going to ask about?

Biggest question...has the timing chain service been done? The guides are plastic and fail...do you hear a rattle on cold starts?

How often was the oil changed? What oil was used?

Timing Chain for sure on the S4 4.2

I'd also keep the control arms and CV axles in mind.
