Oops you lost your phone, now you are hit with a cancellation fee...
I am going thru this currently. I actually lost my Bell phone.. and full cost replacements are around $250. My other choice is teh $299 contract cancellation and go to Rogers and use Handmedown Blackberry from my Dad.. (Which is $299 on a 3 yr contract normally..)

Has anybody else heard this about a 'lost phone' scenario with Telus? I mean the $7.95 per month if the phone is lost...
I read it on Beyond.ca a few months back but I've not had anybody else validate it...

Re: Cell Numbers: Are they going to be transferable?
Hey My Cancellation with BELL is only $100.00 if I was to quite with them. With Roger's I had to pay $200.00. Fido phones are crap from what I have heard from people. I used to have a pay as you go Roger's phone what a piece of junk that was.
