I remember when I went on vortex to download hundreds of pics when I was ten. And here they are. http://forums.vwvortex.com/showthrea...-legends/page5

I don't think I have the right to say that days were much better on vortex back then as I wasn't even in junior high, but I have to say 90% of my favorite VWs were seen on the old vortex, and people had much more respect for themselves and others. They took the things serious, they built proper cars no matter if its all show or all race.
I was expecting the same people when I registered there last year, and damn it was disappointing, so many douchebags and..... Eurodrivers is much more like the old vortex, it's fun here and people here deserve respect, because most of people here have their own mind, our cars are much more diverse and often times surprising than the ones on vortex. Most of us don't give a crap about how others want our cars to be, so we have our very own ride(s), not a car built purposely to be welcomed by a others, maybe because we are Calgarians? Lol

Anyways here are some of my favorite cars back in the days which I just dug out of my old pc. Should be at least six to seven year old.
