I also need to borrow a laptop with a serial port till mine gets here...

Depends on how you wired it all you need is 15 power to the fuel pump.

This is what I need to do with the fuel pump:

Fuel Pump Relay Trigger
The unit will trigger ground to any standard 12v relay via one of the GPO’s. The
fuel pump should always be triggered via a relay, as the output has not been
designed to support the amperage required by a high output fuel pump, and
battery voltage and current will allow the pump to work at maximum and
consistent flow. Using a Bosch relay, pin 86 will be supplied switched 12v+, Pin
85 will be the GPO Ground trigger, pin 87 will supply ground to the fuel pump, pin
30 will go to chassis ground. The fuel pump will be supplied with constant ignition
switched 12v, and will run when the relay closes to provide chassis ground to the
pump.

GPO is a General Purpose Output. I think Ill just try rewiring the whole thine and go from there...

Got it running this afternoon. Seems to idle fine, very lump with the 276s

Still having trouble setting up the stupid fuel pump relay though...
