Official "Who has Vag-Com" Thread

Hey everybody!

A buddy of mine just pointed me to the forum - Stoked! I'm looking to do my first VAG-COM mod - OEM LED Tails on my 2010 Golf MK6 2.5L w/ Halogen set up.

I was wondering if someone can help me with VAG-COM to get the coding right... I just never done it. If you have a cable - great, if not I'm considering investing into one!

Anyone that can help out?!?

with vag-com it should be

-Select [17 - Instruments]
-Choose [Adaptation - 10]
-Look for channel 04 and alter the value:

1 = German
2 = English
3 = French
4 = Italian
5 = Spanish
6 = Portugese
7 = n/a
8 = Czech

Wondering if someone can bring vagcom for a 08 b7 a4 on Thursday for the monthly meet. I Wanna do a couple small things. Windows with fob/ seatbelt chime, few other small things.
