No, I don't think anyone will taste your a/c but if you have a leak and you just filled it with propane and on rainy day your coilpack decides to arc then you might as well kiss your car goodbye. Can anyone say KABOOM!

When I had mine done they did a leak test, that is why they charged for 2 seals, one to test where the leak is and once more to fix it. It is a good thing the seals are only about $5.

They may not do it as if it needs a recharge that would mean you have a leak, if you have a leak it will come back out so be ready for them to want to do a leak test first.

It might have only been a $100, it was a while ago after all.

A/C does work may jsut need a recharge

Hey, those of us that were chatting about my AC at the meetup, i was trying it again and yup it deffo does affect the engine revs when i turn it on but not a lot and there is deff no change in air temp so im thinking it probably does just need a recharge, if theres no gas in it then thats maybe why the compressor aint working to hard and not affecting the revs a lot when i turn it on.

Anyway, anyone recommend a good place to take it to get checked out and recharged? I dont think george does these ?

    Cheers
    K..
