What mods do you already have? Getting an upgraded intake mani may not be the best idea if you don't have other essential mods.

right now i have
chip, cai, turbo inlet tube, downpipe, cat back exhaust and vr6 clutch

you'd be better of to spend that money on a big turbo kit, with the mods you have.

If you search way back in the VwVortex archives you will find a thread where we called out ABD to post dyno results on their manifold to prove their gains and they ignored it, as with most ABD product you are paying for a look rather than horsepower gains... ABD sucks

Looks to me like its worth it to get the one that they put on top for $700 you get much better flow than the ABD (which does seem to flow better than stock). The RMR one does almost as good but looks better made to me and is also $700.

just wondering if anyone here is rocking one of their 1.8t and how they like it, and also what peoples opinions are and if there are other good manis to look into as well, im thinking now will be a good time to order one cause of the way our dollar compared to the us is right now, wouldnt cost much more than 500, and it loks pretty good and can get about 15-20 whp so pretty good power for the money
