ya if the cop wants something from you, wants to see you, or tell you to come see him at his station, decline. you DONT have to go anywhere unless you get some kind of subpoena.

I think if you leave a BC or Ont plate on the front and an AB plate on the back this rule goes, but an EU plate is no where near misleading. Just a cop that should have taken a PMS day, because really he hold no water in his argument. He is just trying to flex his muscle and make himself feel like he had power, thats all.

I had a cop call me once saying I had to drive my car to district 6 in the NE when I lived in the south west so that he could see my tail lights as they were supposedly tinted.......I told him that I would not be driving my car to his police station and that if he wanted to see them, he could drive to my work or my home at MY earliest convenience......... he never came or called again. Probably the same cop.

i know another member got a call from a cop a few years ago stating i saw you off duty on deerfoot speeding and you should turn yourself in.. thats too funny

i have cousins who are cops in saskatchewan and some of the stories they tell me are just hilarious and ridiculous against citizens..

So im in class today and receive a call from my mom saying a police man called and wanted me to phone him back, so i call and there is no answer. Then 5 minutes later i answer and a cop yells at me for 15 minutes about how my europlate is illegal and how lucky i am he didn't give me $400 worth of tickets.....
is this even possible like WTF. Who goes through that much effort to look up my plate, call my parents who live in Okotoks and yell at me for 15 minutes for a europlate? i ended up arguing with him how i see 70 y/o people with "gone fishin" vanity plates and how they never get in trouble but as soon as i have a vanity plate that is a different shape its highly illegal?

Side Note: got a rock chip!!!!
