I agree Ken is a good guy. When I bought my van from there I could tell an outer CV was shot after the first week or so. Ken had me bring it in and took care of it right away at no charge.

ken's a good guy. the sad thing is, a large part of his job is damage control from the monkeys in the back.

everytime the monkeys screw something up for me, ken gets it resolved.

I once went to a tire shop and they lost it.

Next day I went back and made them look.

    No dice.

I decided, why not search the car park and road. 10 mins later, I found it in the middle of the road! How lucky. Bast4rds left the key in the wheel...

Take a look in the pouch where the jack is.
Some have pouches and some have moulded plastic.

Or on top of the hoist arm or on the bench.
Happens to everybody once in awhile.

They placed mine in the center arm rest. Looked all over and that was the last place I checked.

oh well we shall see tmr at how easy it is to get it back. i'm 95% sure it's there, if they threw it out or not is the problem.

Sorry don't get me wrong, that's a really bad thing to forget to put back in. I was just saying it probably happens more then it should.

Good chance it was forgotten about. I don't think it's completely uncommon, but sucks for sure.

Ive had nothing but bad luck with concept-1. I haven't been back since. Personal opinion of course, not trying to put them down.
