I dont care who says what, VW hit its peak with the MKIV. Their base models were pretty simple and still hot, and their special edition models (GLI, 337, 20th, R32) were absolutely gorgeous. Its all gone downhill from there. At least the golfs/rabbits and GTI's stayed nice. We'll see what the MKVI R bringsPatryk

I like it a lot.
It gets the GTI interior with the wheel and nice plastic, 4 disc brakes, GTI suspension and LSD. No HIDs and no leather, but also lower cost. I also like those wheels a lot better than the GTI options.

Nice to see the corner lights/reflectors in the headlights as opposed to the bumpers, going in the right direction but I guess people had hoped for a bit more.Blair
