  • Searching for a Bosch Voltage regulator...

Can anyone recommend someone local (or a solid online dealer) who would carry a Bosch voltage regulator for an MKIV ALH TDI (120A alternator)?

Dealer didn't have it, NAPA only had the full alternator.

    Bosch part #: F 00M 145 225

Any leads/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!!!

I was going to suggest CanadianCarParts.com but they seem to have disappeared. Try Part Source, but if the dealer couldn't get it then likely its not widely available as they all pretty much use WorldPac for parts.
I didn't think the regulator was replaceable on the MK4, but maybe that was only 2.0L stock alternators.
