Accessory belt tensioner is dying? Hard to say, even with a video.

Could be alternator pulley bearing, water pump, anything else that rotates when the engine is running. You need to have someone rev up the engine while you listen for where it is coming from in the engine bay. If you can hear it inside the car while driving it likely needs fixing.

If your car is squeaking at all it does need fixing......

Does it always happen? Or only when cold? Or when when starting?

Put the car in neutral, rev the engine slowly and have someone listen/look with the hood open to see if they can see where the noise is coming from...

I can't view the video...not sure why. But here are a few ideas

Take off acc belt and run engine:

                              - if no squeaking/squeeling then it will be one of the bearings on either the idler (tensioner), AC pump, PS pump or alternator.
                              - if the squeaking/squeeling persists even with the belt off then there is a good chance it could be a timing belt issue with either the water pump or idler pulley on that.

My thinking is that it is a bearing that is past it's life cycle due to the fact that it is only happening above certain RPMs.
