Well, I'm back in Calgary again. I won't be going anywhere anytime soon. So, I've continued on my super spectacular exhaust manifold. Should be done in a few more days then its off to get ceramic coated.
I was thinking about something today. I always see Engines and the like on vwvortex.com for sale and they are only a couple thousand bucks or in that area. Wouldn't it be fricking awesome if my car had two engines? Like, I could gut/remove the rear end of the car pretty much and relocate things like gas tank and such. 4 wheel drive and two engines. damn. But I can't even imagine how powerful a car would be with 300 hp TIMES 2. That would be some crazy stuff. I guess I would have to buy a different car to drive while my jetta is under the knife for the months that it would take to do. Anyways, I was jus thinkin...

I guess 300 hp x 2 would be 600 hp! But, 300 ft lb x 2 would still only be 300 ft lb, unless if you geared it differently I suppose. Weight distribution would be a major factor to consider too. Then there are the brakes and suspension... maybe you should build a 1/4 mile monster!
