i dont think they were really that shitty, nothing is going to be as good as the real ones made of fibre optics.

On a related note, Bart is selling some headlights at a good price... someone could buy them, then try this angel eye procedure without too much risk.

These ones wouldnt work on my car, right???

You dont like the angel boobs Wee One? They're soo cool If you wanted angel eyes for your car, you could do a golf 3 front end conversion and then throw the golf angel eyes up on there. I priced it out once, for the hood, front grill and headlights it was a little over a grand as I recall (quoted from tunerworks)

I was just looking on the C1 website and I saw that for a badgeless front grill it was like 125, then like 150 for the hood, and the head lights are going for 389. I've seen a couple golf front end conversions, they look friggen sweet! If I wasnt selling my Mk3 Jetta thats what Id be doing with it for sure. I think it would look hella hype on your GT, especially if you threw those power look ones on. Wow.

Hey Wee One if you want angel eyes you have some cheap options. You have a mk3 GTI so there are already a couple of angel eye lights available and they run only around 3-400.

How are these hooked up to come on? Do they come on with the city lights? Is that possible to do?

the way I have mine is that I hooked mine into the city lights, then took out the city light bulb. then buy a euro switch with an extra light position, so the middle position.

so left position is off, middle is AE's, and right is all lights.

Those are the ones with the quality issues, people that have them for golf/gti have had them break very soon.
