Stupid question, but... Are there two different ways in which the cluster lights up? In the first pic here it looks super hot but totally different than the second pic.

no just the pic chris..

and this proves all those idiots on vortex that said an R32 cluster can't work in anything but a r32.. puhlease! that looks nice man.. once i get my replacement i might paint the circle dealys silver to match the r32 style

I'm just playing with different preset feature (like firework used on the last pic - not like the previous pic which is a bit over-exposed by auto) on my camera.

After battling with the cluster adaptation for 10 days, finally got all the adaptation successfully done on Saturday evening. Here is the end result:







Now, next step is to get the MFD HU to get the driving direction and radio/CD info to display on the FIS. :love: :love:

MFD HU......here I come!!

good luck getting proper discs for the nav though.. you may be able to use audi ones now but last time i checked people were using hacked up merc. discs..

edit. if you already have a stock double din it should show up on the MFA mine did anyways without any vag-coming whatsoever although it wasn't coded to lol but if you have a stock double din just code the very last digit of the radio soft coding to be a 7 (full options) and your set

I wish I have double din HU, but my car is an early 02, so still using single din HU.
