I love that drive too, unfortunately I think of all the times through there only once was I not behind a) a Semi or b) Motorhome.

The worst part is west of revelstoke when it hits 2 lanes and 100 for a bit. The cops sit around the bend and nail everyone as they can sit in the middle of the road and catch people going both ways Trust me everyone speeds up there so slow down and save yourself a ticket because I for one have had one there and almsot many others.

thanks for the warnings, I think I'll be keeping it relatively legal until I hit areas that I know pretty well
