Cool Wheels? Or cheap imitation?

These are similiar to Ronal turbos, I believe they are made by Riken, just wondering what consensus is. I found them really cheap and am starting to think about forgetting the steelies. Anyway thoughts?

I dont mind them, are those black marks in the center, holes or paint? Polish them up too!!!!

I'm 98% sure they are holes.
