I recall some clutch replacement discussion here a while back. It's nearly time for me to get a new one for my MK4 2.0 I suspect my clutch is getting a little more worn due to rolling my 18s in the summer

Stock replacement is $673. plus 5.4 hours labour = $1,161

    Anyone have some good alternatives?

1000$ isnt bad for a clutch man....i thought stock clutches for jettas are around 2000$, or that could be the price of a 1.8t one im not sure

Simon at EU can get prices on Spec clutches if you want something aftermarket and then you just need to get it put in.
