yea kris i'm just going to drill a new hole to rerun my boost tubing, etc it doesn't bother me to drill i don't think my boost tubing is long enough to route with the main harnesses as jeff mentioned.

overall today from listening to music i'm very happy.. the subs are pointed stupid so they could sound better but my music has a nice low end now.. sounds awesome

i put a little dynamat on the trunk lid, and on the metal between the back seat and back window. didnt add much (4 sq.ft), but it cleared up the bass a lot.

yea i have to rip apart my interior again over winter to do the following

replace broken centre consoles to 04 style
        vacuum carpet/steam clean it
        replace seats
        dynamat entire floor of vehicle/doors/trunk.

..if I had the money Id do that even without a stereo!
That stuff works wonders, I saw a '91 Eagle Summit with 2 10s and 2 12s in it (hah buddy from highschool, it was hilarious)...before dyanmat it sounded like running around with a sheet of tin-foil when the subs were poundin'. He tosses in $100 worth of dyanmat to his trunk? Quiet as a church haha (well, comparatively, its a 91 summit we're talking about)

Dynamat is really heavy, i'd think twice about doing the whole floor, just my 2 pennies.

Edit: ok it's not "REALLY" heavy, but "PRETTY" heavy. Just thought i'd throw that in before everyone jumps on me.

hah ya...Dynamat is really heavy (you're right Jason, that **** weighs a ton) but subs in general arent for people who are all about the preformance.

Id gladly sacrifice a couple hundred pounds to hear less rattle and less squeaks lol

well i'm not going to use the legit dynamat but brownbread of b-quiet from his guy on ebay in saskatoon it will cost about 200cdn for the whole vehicle which is fine with me

I used that stuff in my trunk and front doors. It worked to a degree. I also wanted to do the floors, but was hesitant to pull out the seats and all the carpet.
