Hey Simon this might be a noob question but here goes, would a R32 kit fit on a MKIV jetta? And how much would the front bumper be for starters?

No, the OEM R32 kit won't fit on a Jetta unless you already do a Getta/JTI swap with someone.

You can get "look alike" kits but I will leave that to you to research.

It is quite expensive anyway.
