site monitors IPs?

hey guys does the new forum software monitor IP changes? cuz every time I come home now I have to log in instead of it being cookied and normal.. maybe i'm just on dope though.. not to mention i puked my guts out today from the damn bugs going around

Might be because the DNS server updates don't seem to work yet. From some computers www.newveedub.com works and from others it doesn't yet. Wait a few days and hopefully it will straighten out... if it was using cookies before then you would have had to login both at home and at work at least once.

its not a huge pain anyways.. gotta enter my zillion numbers to get online banking so..........
