Yeah, don't get me wrong the car is beautiful but I honestly need a daily and not something that will cost an arm and a leg to fix.
I'm looking at a benz now, not AWD but I'm used to driving RWD and I find that benz has a pretty good traction control as long as you have good winter tires.

Well folks the benz I was looking at was over $12000 in accident repairs...so that's a no go. Not having any luck here lately, I am looking at a BMW X5 this week, hopefully nothing wrong with this one.

So guys, I don't know if I should start a new thread or not but I found 2 BMWs which I like and I'm trying to decide on.

                  2005 BMW X5 3.0I 120 xxx

I would look at another year for the 745 that was its first year out. Its going to be very expensive to fix when something comes up.

as for the x5 i love them. Just check maintenance records. the 3.0 to me feels slightly underpowered. I would have a look at the 4.4/4.8 personally

One change to that, intake is 90mm maf, Custom modded air box. The JAW intake didn't work too well
