small update:
upgraded to studded Pirelli winters... awesome.
kept throwing a code, turns out it was the thermostat. that was a *****.
also updated the PCV and had a heart attack when i took it off.
turns out it was just some oil vapor and condensation.
+ i'm also holding at 20lbs and drop to 15lbs at around 5,500. was 17 and slowly dropped to 10. looks like that was causing the boost leak.

FINALLY got the K04 and S3 injectors installed. hope autobahn has some time Monday afternoon for a re-flash

so last night driving home i was giving it a good 4th gear pull and BANG! backfire, CEL you name it comes on. after a bit it stops flashing and goes out. I gave it a bit again and now its misfiring. had time late in the day to get some plugs... try that 1st any way.
... I think they were still 2006 OEM
esh. i had the revision coil packs put in at 97,000 with the timing belt and i asked them to change the plugs too... don't think they did, im at 147,000 now.
