Saw that as well...... like everything else about the car.

    Edit:

I would get a GLI one or something else. Or make a one off piece

Airsociety is a pretty tight knit community, everyone is friendly and there is good info/threads and SICK cars.

                          Re: My MKIV

Rents went on vacation, so I've spent the last 6 days/ nights in the garage.

Got some dubtechnik Votex Replica Skirts.

                          Painted them.

                          Mounted Them.

The fitment is OK. I havent ever been up close to OEM ones so I have nothing to compare them to. But for ~$160 shipped + $50 bucks for paint, I can live with a few imperfections. I'm not too sure if I would recommend buying anything from Dubtechnik. Shipping took a month which isn't too bad, however, they do not send a order/ shipping confirmation, so I felt a bit violated for a month. I have heard good things on the Vortex about their supplier, Optiwerks. So if you were going in the Replica route, I would choose them.

I'm in the process of switching from a manual air ride controls to electric.
                          So I got these:

And built mounting plates to mount them to the roof of the trunk.

Relocated the Compressor. SOOOOOOO Much quieter!

And I got a new gauge Panel as my homemade one is starting to bend

I should have my switchbox sometime this week so I'm hoping to have the air management done soon.
