It's kind of cool how you can see the image build on screen, with compositing multiple exposures on the camera as it happens, rather than a long exposure where you are staring at a black screen and hoping you get the shot you want.

Which camera are you using? Thats a really neat feature.

Both my OM-D E-M1 and OM-D E-M5mkII have the live view. I think the new Sony mirrorless have it also. Not sure what other cameras have it. Try doing a double exposure and see if you can compose the shot live on the LCD.

not available on my camera, i would need to do it through post. I believe the 5d mk3 has it though. something that I'm definitely thinking of upgrading too.

That is funny, I guess that any light and black car with a guy pointing a camera at you will slow people down. I was wondering y I was getting so many great shots of brake lights on.
