i added it up the other day and i report directly to 8 different bosses and fall between two of the major groups my company has.

Makes for lots of christmas parties and lunches out on the company however haha

oh yea girls on the bus that are 14 dress 21 have blackberries and coach bags that probably make money on the weekends hosting rainbow parties..

hahah no no you got it wrong man.. when i've had absolutely CRAP service.. i tip 1 cent.. that way they know they sucked.. not that your just cheap and don't tip.. 1 cent burns like a 25 dollar hooker!

This would probably be easier for me to post things that do not annoy me As for tipping Sarah and I are pretty big tippers, I think if you have worked in the restaurant biz you are a little more generous as you know what it is like. We just came back from Australia were tipping is not common, you generally do not tip at all unless service was amazing (which it is usually not) but to contrast a server will probably get paid to $15-20 an hour there.

As for other pet peeves, most peoples driving and parking skills, too many commercials, peoples cleanliness (especially when you live in a condo building) and not a fan of Ugg boots

if it sucks ZERO. im not funding incompetence or making them think they did anything good. you get a tip of zero you know you did something wrong and maybe you learn from it. maybe you dont...but you aren't getting any more of my $$$ than you deserve

here a few of mine.

-ppl that chew with there mouth open.
-Bad tippers, When out at a restaurant or something like that(understood if you had bad service).

Idk, some ppl have there own thoughts on tipping. What do most of you guys use as a guide line??
