    Re: Hail

Here we go again... I left work an hour and a half early (about 3) to go hide the CC in my grandparents garage. The wind was nuts as I was leaving downtown... I got hit in the side by a few branches that came off the trees and a few pea size hail stones for about 30 seconds. Hopefully there's no damage to the CC and thankfully the GTI is in the garage at home

My TDi took a few good shots to the roof and hood and driver's side fender, but at least no glass damage and the other panels appear to be alright. Waiting on Intact to see what happens next though :(

i was at a body shop yesterday as they had cars at the shop in for fixes and now have hail damage!

just a heads up for you guys with damage.. if you get paintless dent repair DOUBLE CHECK the spots for paint cracks.. they can be so tiny its hard to see but then 6 months later you'll get a rust bubble!

It is amazing how the south has completely different weather then the north. It is times like this that I really appriciate living in the south but feel for those living in the north.

My Mom lives just off Edmonton Trail and 16th Ave and I think their cars are in pretty bad shape too, but the Fiat was not there at least.

Sorry for the damage everyone, I hope you can all get things fixed quickly but was a pretty bad storm!

That's a loaner. But there were a few customer cars severely damaged also. Our entire inventory is damaged, the lot looks like a war zone.

Sucks I had to make a bunch of those calls to a lot of people who are on holidays.

it sounded like there were bowling balls being dropped on the roof of the house. The Passat got one little dent on the hood, my Ranger got 3. One the size of my fist! Damn!
