You actually catch a glimpse of a red MKV with those same wheels as the silver one above, during the big streets chase scene. You do not see much of it for long but it is there.
i remember reading about those rwd r32s that they had make for tokyo drift but never used. instead the only vw product in that movie was the retarded green hulk mobile
I think the only Euro product that's been in the movie was 2 fast 2 furious when that goof-ball had the orange E39 M5 - would LOVE to see some Euro love.
And don't forget the RWD R32 that was supposed to be a major car in Tokyo Drift.
Wrong!! The MK3 Jetta in the original was legendary! even made it's round on VWVortex in the for sale section a couple of times. 2 liters of normally aspirated auto tragic goodness.
Didn't we go to the second one back in the day? The parking lot was full of wings and fiberglass and everyone left the parking lot like a bunch of yahoos? haha.
im glad someone else caught this because i was getting pretty disappointed.
Same type of stuff happened back in Halifax for the showing for the first 2 FATF. People flying out of the parking lot and racing light to light on the main road.
haha I remember seeing 2 fast 2 furious on opening night when I was 18, and within an hour after the movie I had 3 different guys pull up at lights wanting to race me. I was driving my brothers Ford Focus.......
Needless to say I didnt really have anything to show off being that the car was stock lol

I remember going to the first and second one back home in Vancouver. The original FATF, there was a line of about 6 cop cars parked out front just waiting to ticket all the ricers and idiots, was pretty funny. The second FATF, it seems like the cops just forgot, or gave up, there were people doing burnouts, saw a few drifter wanna-be's - all in all, a good time!

The kid from Malcolm in the Middle owned that jetta for many years.
excellent idea. I don't know if anyone else agrees with me, but the FIRST, ORIGINAL Fast & The Furious takes the cake. None of the others can even touch it.
