Cuprazilla V2! Just a quick update of the project. Here are some pics of the final version of the 3 piece Cuprazilla ready for mold. This version should fit on a variety of vehicles as the separate center wing allows for a maximum width of up to 6 feet, enough to match the bumper and grill inserts of just about anything.

The idea is to make a mold, now that it is complete, so I can make carbon fiber copies. Then get it off for estimates for making Plastic Thermo/Vacuum formed version. I also will be doing a CF splitter with integrated cooling ducts that will attach under this version. It is hard to say how much they will cost to have made until I get some estimates. I am hoping for under $500 for full CF and under $250 for a plastic version. One huge advantage of this latest design is that it could ship in a 30"x9"x3" box and be under 3 lbs so there will be a huge cost savings over shipping a full size air dam or splitter.
