Get a chip.. then buy my diverter!
Just think... if you replace it more then once.. mine would be worthwhile!!

710N? can i get that at the dealer? Im headed there today for a oil filter and touch up paint anyway.
It doesent honk and im not chipped. I was just curious if its a good idea, or if a waste of money.

[QUOTE=Kor;123986]If you are a valve engineer then I believe you, if you read it on the vwvortex then I say "designed like that for a reason" is not a reason.

Are you a valve engineer? Not very often will someone quote Vortex as a source of the truth.... the stock diaphram BPV's are designed to be used in one direction... and not doing so will reduce its life span. Im guessing the Audi VW engineers built them that way for a reason... and they are engineers!

That being said.. if someone is looking for a Forge BPV with tuning kit.. I got one laying around.. hows $75 sound?

BOV do not work well with VW/Audi's due to how the air is measured at the MAF. Running one means you run rich on fuel during boost due to the metered air being released. Plus they sound stupid.

Does this work with the stock plastic dv? Just switch where the 2 big pipes connect?
