What are the symptoms that make you believe you need this?
Online retailers will sell you the pump for around 2g's.

With all due respect.... This is the third thing you have blamed on being broken. How about you explain exactly, in detail what is wrong and what has been checked.

Not a Noob, we want to help you but from all your recent post activity it sounds like something is wrong and you guys are just throwing parts at the problem. I don't see any posts on TDICLUB either involving this problem so give us a little insight and maybe we can steer you in the right direction.
The only thing that scares me with you thinking its the fuel pump is that the tuning box can give you certain codes if turned to high. It can also cause a limp mode and give you a quantity adjuster code. That on TDICLUB is something that people say to get a new pump, but that is without a tuning box.
Honestly most of us here have been down these roads and have made stupid decisions in the past in terms of parts. All we are trying to do is help you not make the stupid costly mistakes that we have made.

Re: Need an 11mm injection pump for an ALH TDI

Ok here is more background info:
Sept: 205 nozzles installed, tuning box installed & needle lift sensor replaced. tuning box set on 8, tried on 9 & 10 but didn't like the smoke so scaled it back to 8.
                Oct: brake light switch replaced
Nov 4: first cold snap car not starting. fuel gelled in fuel filter? could this have killed the injection pump?

Had Lawrence take a look. Turbo is still good. Do these IPs slowly go bad or do they just quit in my case???

I got a VAGCABLE from Davey because of the flashing glowplug light. This verified that I had a brake switch issue so had that replaced. That was the only issue I had since putting in the injectors and tuning box. I didn't have my laptop when the car died so couldn't scan it. But here is the scan I did in October:

If you need any more info let me know.

OK, I still do not understand what is happening with the car right now. Does it start? Have you removed the tuning box? Have you done any adaptations? Arte there any other non-stock components?

Re: Need an 11mm injection pump for an ALH TDI

Car is not starting or running from what is being said.
Ok, so the fuel gelled or something to that nature.
Simple test loosen a nut off of one on the injectors and put a rag around it. Go start the car and see if fuel sprays out.
                    What about a relay 109?

who put your injectors together . did they have a pop tester ? are the boisio nozzels or china ? did it run before you put the tune box in . if you want call me and i will try work this out with you insted of tossing parts at it . because if you toss a 11mm pump on a car that is already overfueling we will have an issue escilated . i have an extra set of injectors you can toss in to see if that the issue . get a hold of me . 403-346-4287 chris
