got it fixed today, by an old friend on mine he polishes cars and ****
parentally she didn't push down enough with the key, and most of it was polished out
except a little scratch......

agreed. This girl deserves no sympathy. She obviously didnt have you in mind when keying your car, there is no reason you should have her in mind when figuring out how to get your car fixed ASAP!!! Teach her a lesson so this doesnt happen to another unlucky kid!

so i talked to her, and she said she will give me her weekly alowence
till she pays for it, so now i have to round up 50 a week till i can pay for
it.....i guess its better than nothing

If some bit*h keyed my car i would probably choke a bit*h. There would be no way she would be paying me 50$ weekly when the paintjob is gonna be $1000+, go right to her parents and settle it because she is never gonna learn. That would be the first thing i did. I personally think you are being way to nice when you dont need to be. Just make sure you draft up a contract or something if your gonna make payment plans. or go to her parents. and make sure you filed a police report and keep a copy!!!!! dont let yourself get burned because your to nice!

I think the only thing your peepee is going to be is sore sitting beside a blue pair. Don't piss around, get a police report, make sure her parents know and make a big example out of her. For one thing at her age she needs the hard lesson in life not to f$ck with other peoples property and another you need to stand up and do the right thing. She broke the law, let her deal with the consequences.
